New goal: to make my goal weight before I turn thirty, in a little over a year. Kind of scary to say that really... but it's an important goal. So that's a little more than a pound a week. If I can't consistently lose a pound a week for a year, there's got to be something deeper wrong with me... (well, not totally denying that)... but basically, I think I can achieve this. Having a rather crappy emotional day as well, so feeling pretty good that I even feel this motivated. Yup. :)
