Have tried to walk at least 10 minutes a day and for 30 minutes atleast 3 times a week. Not always successful, but the effort is there.
191.8 lb Lost so far: 28.7 lb.    Still to go: 48.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.9 lb a week
