If it's too good to be true, it usually is. I half expected today's gain after a meticulous food day because it was such a huge drop. I'm very happy to be below 160, finally! This is not getting me down!
158.8 lb Lost so far: 24.6 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I think these little unexplained gains are just nature's way of telling us not to get complaisant. Hang in there! It will go in the other direction soon.
