176.6, meh, not too shabby after TWO Thanksgiving dinners... plus leftovers... plus a cheesecake from the MIL.

I'm hanging in there. I figure if I can make it through December and still be 175-178 I'll be good.

I'm also tempted to change my goal weight back to 175, maybe 170. I think 165 might be too difficult for me to accomplish.
176.6 lb Lost so far: 20.4 lb.    Still to go: 6.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
