Wish I was at 185 but I guess can't lose that much every week. Its the usual I have to exercise more but I don't enjoy it!

187.0 lb Lost so far: 58.0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Don't forget to measure yourself, especially if you exercise. Sometimes the scale seems to stall but we lose inches and sizes.

Good reminder. After losing 60 pounds the clothes thing is an issue but i don't want to buy things til a lose all the weight. Luckily I have a bunch of things I haven't worn in years still on hand.

I had to get new stuff twice since I got on this journey, and will soon have to go get some again. I go at Goodwill though and buy whatever I find on the "tag color of the day 50% off" thing. I still have a lot of clothes from when I was thin, but the stuff I wear mostly around the house and for gardening that I had to buy. I will not buy any new stuff until I reach my goal weight.
