Hi HCB, My leg is great, but still having some issues with my shoulder. My fault though, I've been working tons of overtime. I work 12 hour shifts and in the last month I've had 3 days off. I've been riding to work as often as possible, but that will end soon as the ground starts frosting in the mornings. I'm worried my shoulder will make it hard for me to swim when the time comes to exercise that way.... Thank you for asking!
