I've actually gained 4 lbs in the 4 weeks I've been trying to lose weight. This past weekend was Thanksgiving so I did eat Turkey, Ham and pie in amounts that do not support my dieting. I will start again and try harder.
I've edited my goal weight to the very top of the BMI healthy weight.
