Gotta say, I've come to enjoy the plato - it tells me that the change in weight has been stabilized and not a swing due to water intake fluctuation.
182.8 lb Lost so far: 5.1 lb.    Still to go: 17.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thank you I've been fussing all morning because my weight has not budged in over a week, in spite of the fact that I have been doing everything right. You have given me a new way to look at this problem. I have also been told you cannot lose weight and inches at the same time, perhaps I'm losing inches.

That explains why my weight is going down this month but inches don't! I don't know much about moving the needle that stuck, but I'd think if the weight is same at 2-3 weeks that might mean that some diet change (sometimes less but sometimes more calories) or physical activity is due to continue the progress. At one week would certainly not be worried :)
