Down a pound and a half!!! It's been slow going lately. Didn't expect much to change as long as I don't gain. Still a lot going on with my father-in-law. Arm still hurts. Memory failing more. We'll have to see when we can head up again. He's asking for everyone to send him cards. I guess the loneliness is kicking in.
Zack's birthday tomorrow(my grandson). We bought him tires for his car since he's been riding around on a donut for about a week now. He'll be 19 so maybe we'll take him out to dinner tomorrow. Made him a german chocolate cake with coconut pecan frosting. He wants to do the whole family thing Saturday night at the restaurant of his choice. I'll have to watch the calories this weekend.

222.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 62.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
