Went down half a lb.
150.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks for the compliment & support. I'm hoping to loss 5-10 lbs by New Year's. I'm currently @ 150 lbs. My Thanksgiving & Christmas goal is 145 lbs. My New Year's Resolution is 140 lbs
