Had a setback this weekend b/c it was my daughters birthday party! Grrr...So no gym and no calorie counting for 3 days! But started back up today and happy to see I didn't gain weight...just stayed the same.
Today did a total of 45mins on eliptical/stepper machine and burned 438calories and 3.93miles.
Would like to be under 130 lbs by next saturday, the 24th. I can do this! :)
