You definitely pressed the self destruct button this week gym 4 times? you need to do at least 5 and how much pizza did you eat chocolate and sweets this is no good your extremely lucky to have stayed the same. If your only going to do it half heartedly what's the point prove to yourself you can do better this week. I know your in training 2 days but there is still 5 days left of the week
