1700 kcal Fat: 49.02g | Prot: 111.80g | Carb: 234.38g.   Breakfast: Oatmeal, Raisins, Cream (Half & Half), Coffee. Lunch: Sobe Lean Cranberry Grapefruit (20 oz), Cooked Asparagus (from Fresh), Brown and Wild Rice, Baked or Broiled Salmon. Dinner: Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables. Snacks/Other: Caramel Nut Snack Bar, Ambrosia, Hard Candy, Hard Candy, Apples, Wheat Crackers, Wheat Crackers, Apples. more...
