Must, must, must get back to counting calories and walking/running. My life has been so crazy lately with work, school, and kids that I've just been on autopilot. Getting back to the basics and counting calories again - STARTING TODAY!!!
187.6 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 27.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
