Increasing the amount of exercise I was doing helped significantly, starting In July. Feels good to be much slimmer. still have a ways to go though. A little more grateful.
128.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.3 lb a week
