i gained back that pound i lost, but i didn't gain anymore like i thought i would over the holiday. i'm getting back on track today, even though christmas is only 26 days away. i want to lose some weight and hopefully have enough will power not to go over board again. my main goal is to fit into a dress for new year's eve without a girdle! i wish everyone good luck and good losing this week!!
