According the calorie calculator, I am hundreds to 1000+ calories per day less than I am supposedly burning above basic maintenance and still not losing anything.

At least I am clear that with too many carbs, I know I will be hungry, which I can either interpret as being a sign I really am functionally almost diabetic at this weight, merely controlling symptoms with diet, not handling carbs properly, or the enzyme explanation for why cheating on low carb makes me hungry, depending on how down on myself and worried I must want to feel that day.
160.0 lb Lost so far: 33.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
