I'm thankful for waking up this morning.
150.5 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 15.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Living w/ chronic pain is hell. I'm just happy that I've somebody that's extremely understanding.

I know how you feel living with pain but as you said waking up means a lot. I'm not sure what causes your pain but we can always hope medicine will come up with help in the near future.
