Pleased! Even had a BITE of a heavenly steak along with the shrimp, lobster tail & asparagus. Was kind of worried about combining proteins! SO happy I didn't see a gain.
Must have been those positive affirmations from yesterday morning (Newnormal, thank you again)....!
