115.7 lb Lost so far: 2.3 lb.    Still to go: 10.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I lose when I stop going to the gym. Must be losing muscle or holding less water. Anyway back to the gym today (missed yesterday. I asked my boss for as many shifts as possible over the next week - keeps me out of trouble. Plus financially I could really use it. No drinking and heading to the gym - must plan more for my night time meals - so easy to just eat something at work. So satisfying when I resist the urge... NACHOOOOOOS perhaps Ill stop off at natures fare today and grab something healthier.
