Evidently my willpower is weak this morning as the picture below conclusively proves!Definitely on a wrong way roll. Huge portion sizes even if healthy food=weight gain.
Thank the Lord I go back to work today and can get away from the food! Got real work to do, drop the 4 pounds that I just put back on by the time I see my doctor Wednesday the 14th. Priority one is to have the scale in his office that morning show that I lost 50 pounds. Period! And that is with clothes and shoes on. I will empty out pockets and remove heavy cell phone and case.

Rest of day food:
1 apple, 2 deluxe tacos, pb and milk snack.
Also did 45 minutes on the exercycle burning 300+ calories at a moderate pace.
Think they will be a drop in the am.
