Ok so huh. I've been eating right, drinking water, being more active. Nothings happening yet. O know I shouldn't weight everyday but I can't help it. Kinda discouraged right now. I typically just count calories but I guess i may have to try something else...
290.2 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 3.1 lb a week
