Gained eight ounces. Ate desserts and bread that I don't normally eat! Need to watch the stress eating before it takes over!! Floor in garage is in and sidewalks but no ramp into the garage. I was supposed to get an estimate yesterday. Never showed!! We'll see what today brings. Father-in -law not doing well in the nursing home. Sugar levels all over the place. He ended up in the ER when it bottomed out and then went way up around 435 and then over 600! Lows around 43-60. It seems they decided to put him on a pill type insulin at a lower dose. He is finally back on his regular dose of insulin by injection. Seems to be steady right now but lost a lot of his strength over the past 2 months. We will be cleaning out the rest of his apartment this weekend.

Once this weekend is over, hoping things get back to normal.


223.8 lb Lost so far: 30.2 lb.    Still to go: 63.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
