Husband and I went grocery shopping Saturday and restocked our healthy foods. Before the Ranger's game yesterday, I chose to have a salad at Tillman's, instead of any number of the yummy (but fatty!) brunch dishes with bacon. I also did my best to resist the free snacks at the game.

Today, I've packed myself meatless dishes (roasted bell peppers, couscous, mediterranian quinoa salad). Since tonight will be a late night, I won't get to work out. Happy Monday!
179.4 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 44.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week
