I think I finally found a diet and exercise I can stick with. I just involve my husband and son in activities that get us all moving and eat sensible food that I feel good giving my son. I hope everyone has a great week!
244.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
