Sugar makes me tired carbs too. Need to focus on protein. Have turkey jerky beef sticks. Nice sunny day at the lake floating on the raft waves rocking me to peaceful tranquility. Kara ordered Rods Xbox one 379 saved $90 with her discounts. No meds yesterday only one Asa late. Did well but did snack on some candy and pretzels late.
197.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
