This is very difficult. I have been up and down. I am up 2 lb from last time I checked in a couple of months ago. My diet has been maintained nicely but I have not upgraded my exercise routine. This makes the difference. I know this, but I am 69.5 years old and still working at about 25 hours a week. At my age, I would rather take a nap then go outside to exercise after work. This gets even harder on rainy, snowy, stormy, super cold, or super hot days. Going to an environmentally controlled gym does not work for me. Getting up super early in the morning before work is not an enticing incentive. Getting the proper sleep seems always to be the top priority at my age. I guess I could eat even less. But I already do that. I eat to live these days! I used to live to eat, but those days are past.
