Yay lowest weight for years!
Only thing is I've booked a last minute all inclusive holiday to Tenerife, flying out tomorrow- oops!
Aah well I'll try not to put on too many pounds and then work extra hard at the gym when I get back because it's great feeling so light :D
132.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

sorry I have only just read your weight loss and you going on holiday. Well done you, nice reward, I hope you enjoyed your new light self on holiday. I have never been to Tenerife, as you may have noticed got back from mine last week. Had a fantastic time put on a little but hey it was worth it. So how are you since coming back
