Saturday long day at work not much walking happening. Sunday have to get 6 hours work in off for baseball game 9 am for breakfast OCB. Forgot meds ASA only today. Brought meatloaf.
197.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
