Second Weigh in and meeting this week and ta da, down 5.4 LB. I thought for sure I was going to at least stay the same if not, gone up a pound because I had Indian food last week, had too much too drink with friends, and then ate Del Taco. And to make it worse, I havn't exercised once. So think what would happen if I just got out of bed a bit earlier and went for a walk!!
The meeting tonight was really inspirational. There were two women who reached their Lifetime goal, and another woman who has lost 51 LBS so far. We are supposed to make a goal for next week. My goal is when I get down 40 LBS, I am going to by a sexy little number for my husband. I have always been too uncomfortable to flounce around in a nightie. But he would LOVE it! He deserves it. Don't think I will be sharing my goal with the WW group next week. Don't know them well enough to annonce it in person.
