I cannot ever seem to get my head around the idea of diet changes are forever. I want to always slip back into my habits of night binging and eating candy. I look at others and wonder why they seem to get to eat more than me or as bad as me. But I don't have their full story. 1 candy in my office does not mean they leave and eat chips and soda too.
