Jenny O's Journal, 29 September 2015

Well, I was not feeling well yesterday and was down for the count and slept most the day. Today is much better. I lost 4 lbs this week. Woot woot. I really stepped it up this week with exercise. And steps on my fitbit. :-) Overall its been a good week. Still stressing about money, but nothing I can do about it right now, so just keep plugging away. The Lord has always been good to me, so I know He will provide and it will all be okay. I am happy that I am back on track with the weight loss. This journalling is therapeutic. Enjoy the rest of your day!
153.2 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
