Yay, down a pound!

Breakfast: coffee (w/ half & half, splenda), two eggs

snack: celery w/ natural peanut butter

Lunch: turkey burger w/ provolone cheese, lettuce, onion and tomato. Sugar free red bull

snack: steamed veggies

Dinner: grilled chicken salad
161.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 7.0 lb a week

I found a recipe for carb cravings called One Minute Muffin. In a coffee cup put in dry ingredients: 1/4 cup ground flax seed (use a clean coffee grinder then store in the refrigerator) 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp cinnamon, mix, then add 1 egg and 1 tsp melted butter or canolla oil or coconut oil. Mix it all up and bake in microwave on high for 1 minute. OMG sooo good!!! I ate 2 of them yesterday (I know I shouldn't have, but...) I still lost weight - down a pound. :)

How many carbs are they per muffin? It doesn't seem like they'd be that high. Thanks for the recipe, they sound great! Congrats on the pound!

11.1 total carbs, 8.8 fiber, 2.3 net carbs. I've never gone with the net carbs, seemed too much like cheating, but... I lost weight, so I'm taking it. Plus I need the extra fiber. Oh I forgot the packet of splenda, sorry.

Haha, that's a crazy amount of fiber! Still, it's not that bad, thanks again for the recipe, I think I'll try it out tomorrow!
