what is up with the weight gain? I have eaten half of recommended calories for 2 weeks. No bread, no sugar. so mad.

Your body might be in shock. ..This happened to me. My health coach told me to start eating with in an hour of waking up. This starts the metabolism going.The small meals help with metabolism and not feeling deprived.
