Met up with friends over the weekend and gained a couple pounds back. I have been doing well but sometimes you do get tired.... I want to lose weight but I also want to enjoy being around friends. I need to make sure I can continue the weight loss journey knowing falling off the wagon once a while is OK as long as I can get back on track after that.
