No phent yesterday not hungry able to maintain small portions and not eat after 8. Busy day with Finn at work no walking done hope to get that done before baseball game. Sweat pants add 3lbs so just marking 202 for now and tomorrow can do another lower.
202.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
