Walked 2 miles. One in morning
And one in evening. Did 25 wall
Sit ups. Diet went good no hunger
I changed my goal weight. Too
Stressed not reaching it and figure
I will change it as I go down
146.8 lb Lost so far: 42.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
