Katrina Sue's Journal, 25 September 2015

Weight loss going SLOW!!!! But as long as I'm not gaining, I'll take it. My father-in-law was placed in a nursing home yesterday (He's 89, diabetic and a lot of other health issues). The foundation for the garage is in. The floor needs to be done and the garage itself will be in the week of November 2nd (Hopefully no weather issues). Going to see Dad this weekend in his new home.


BLOOOD SUGAR LEVEL IS 112 AT 5:12 A.M. ON FRIDAY, SEPT. 25TH. (BEFORE)
222.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 62.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

the last month my 91 year old father had heart valve repair and ended up in the nursing home twice; spent a lot of time there and chasing for appointments, now physical therapy. so time consuming and didn't have time to work on dieting, again.
