Day 92. Moving into a weight I have not been at in 3 years. I would like to post progress pics but have no idea how. Help please? Eye on the prize!! One day at a time! You CAN do this!
248.0 lb Lost so far: 38.0 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

WOW - Kevin that is fantastic! I upload photos from my phone to a free website called "Photobucket" where you can edit the photo size to fit this site. Then Photobucket will give you a link you can cut and paste within your journal entry. The FS journal has little icons at the top and one is for adding a photo. You simply cut and paste the link from Photobucket between the img brackets in your FS journal...hope this makes sense. It is much easier than it sounds.
