174.8, up a little but not too bad.

I really want to be below 174 before this week is out, unfortunately we have Thanksgiving on Thursday so I doubt that happens :)

To make matters worse, we're heading back to our hometown for the weekend and will be again stuffed with food. Though I will try my best to eat reasonable portions.
174.8 lb Lost so far: 22.2 lb.    Still to go: 4.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
