Arby's last night with Carla and Michelle Mitchell after visit to Stake. Ate chicken sandwich, 3 potato cakes, tart and Dr Pepper.
280.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 90.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
