Did not do good on diet. Not last night but yesterday before dinner I got very hungry and nothing could Stop it. So I had pita crackers. I also Ate all the watermelon Kenny bought Me yesterday. I walked a mile in the Morning. Maybe this is why I was Hungry. Did 25 wall sit ups
