Although I was hoping for more weight loss than what I had, this is a good start. I am really excited that I managed to lose weight, even with having a birthday party for my daughter this weekend. I may have lost 3.5 pounds this week, but I am shooting for 5 pounds next week.
299.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 50.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
