It took a few days but at long last, I have almost dumped the excess pounds that I picked up last week during my 2 "buffet" runs to the stateline hotel/casinos!
Yesterday I had 2 meals- brunch made by my girlfriend which included 4 fried eggs, 2 carne asada beefsteaks(thin cut),spinach, one corn tortilla and I had about a spoonfull of scrambled eggs and bacon made by her daughter. Of course it was washed down with 3 cups of coffee, cream and a little honey for taste. Almost forgot, a small serving of pinto beans.
In addition, last night I had a fish taco with extra lettuce from Alberto's and when I got home, I had a big tablespoon of Laura Scudder's Natural Peanut Butter washed down with a half glass of regular milk.
As far as exercise, 32 minutes on the exercycle burning off 212.8 calories.
Somehow I managed to keep losing weight, in fact, the process accelerated over the results from the day before.
Edit. Brunch is served. Giant bowl of chicken with vegetables and a cut up banana to top it off.
Dieting sure is hard work!
