This summer I have worked on improving my fitness joined a running club. I also go to yoga aND of course zumba. On Thursday I m weight lifting I am nervous because I am very weak for some reason. Food is food. I make dinner for a week mainly eat soup for lunch smoothie for breakfast.
130.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.2 lb a week
