Half phent tend to eat 400 to 600 more calories. Yesterday was a low plus 4 hours shampooing carpet. Full mess today some delsyn with guafenesin. Lots of scrubbing stairs. Finn 15 lbs 11 weeks. Sandwiches for lunch apples carrots.
206.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
