Most of the weight (7lbs) was lost in the first 4 days of the fortnight. After that I ate cheese for 6-7 days and lost nothing. The last few days I cut out the cheese and lost another (1) pound.
290.0 lb Lost so far: 46.0 lb.    Still to go: 90.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
