Day at a time, brain wants to run body disagrees, feel like a colt trying to stand and walk. After I entered journal last night, went and walked down driveway. Then down road 5 houses one way, then back other direction about 10 houses. Today I will take another step towards healthy living. Be good to yourself. SMILE!
296.0 lb Lost so far: 47.0 lb.    Still to go: 146.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
