Here are the goals I want to reach each day.
1. A minimum of 6 glasses of water.
2. Stay within my calorie allotment.
3. A period of exercise each day., Since I do not go to the gym, I need to do light exercise everyday.
4. Track every bite that goes in my mouth.
211.0 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
