I am sooooo frustrated. I am sticking preaty well to the South Beach Diet. I am doing Cardio Core Boot Camp 3 times a week and I am NOT loosing anything. What do I do now. I have not gained any weight, but I am so frustrated.
189.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 49.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.2 lb a week

Something you are eating is causing your body to retain the weight. Try to cut out one thing that is maybe high in fat or carbs and if that doesn't help, cut something else out. For most ppl, it is the cheese and nuts.
